Last year my heater was broken so I called BTW solutions and get immediate help. It appears that the thermostat was broken so I had to order another one.

BTW solutions are a company of professionals, who knows their job well. I had an ongoing issue with an electricity in my house. The fuse box was changes and all wires checked, yet from time to time the whole system would swich off for no apparent reason.
Peter came over and spent couple of hours investigating this. Kept me informed of the problems and procedures to correct them. All done, we decided to upgrade the Fuseboard with them as well, all certified and working perfectly.
